Roman caps and minuscules - beyond the basics
Full five days only
Sheila and Julian will be using a week long, joint
workshop format
where they can focus on one subject in considerable
depth.
Everyone will work as one group with Julian and
Sheila as a team
– teaching a step by step and integrated approach
to capitals and minuscules.
They have planned a really comprehensive course
from fundamental principles,
then moving on to more complex, playful and subtle
forms,
first developing pen lettering that is clear
and legible
and later delving into refined, expressive
and textural work and applying more advanced
techniques.
